The service provider for our website and email server experienced a failure for most of the afternoon on Monday April 9. Service appears to have been restored by 7:00pm.
If you attempted to visit our site or online shop, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration experienced. We’re not very happy about it either.
Any emails that were heading our way during this period may have bounced back to you.
If you have sent any message that we have not yet responded to, please accept our apologies and resend them. We’ll be keeping eyes and ears open to respond to these as quickly as possible!
An unfortunate update: On Thursday, April 12 our Shopping Cart system went down. We are actively working to restore this. If you’re attempting to place an order, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

As of 2:35am on Saturday, April 14, the Shopping Cart has become fully functional.
As of 3:30pm Friday, April 13 some operations to the Shopping Cart have been restored. Browsing is now possible, but ordering functionality has not yet been restored.
