If your auto-delivery order does not arrive as promised, and we have not notified you in advance, we’ll eat the cost!
Basic tenants of our Golden Rule Guarantee:
- Your items will arrive on time, as promised or we eat the cost.
- You will be notified of any supplier availability issues for special request items prior to your scheduled delivery day.
- Unhappy with an auto-delivery item or the way it was delivered? Tell us and we’ll make it right within 24 hours whenever possible.
- We’re a local small business, not a big business. When you contact us, you can be confident you will hear back from the owner, or his representative, within 12 hours or less.
