Your food is automatically delivered on a flexible schedule which you can change at any time. You also earn free food thru frequent feeder programs and sharing Gift Certificates with your friends. STAR members receive exclusive discounts and monthly offers available only to subscribers.

Not on auto-delivery or a newsletter subscriber yet? The STAR Program combines the benefits of these two popular time-saving programs and adds even more value!
You’ll receive a frequent feeder card with the first delivery after enrollment, Gift Certificates to pass along to your friends, and exclusive discounts on any treats, toys or supplies you order along with your scheduled food.
Enrollment is limited each month to ensure the quality of our service is not compromised. In some cases, you may be placed on a waiting list following a request for enrollment.
Auto-Delivery Plus!
You already enjoy the convenience and value of not having to think about ordering your food- it just appears on schedule. As a STAR Member, any time you add regularly priced treats, toys or supplies to your regular delivery order, you’ll save 7%, unless an item is already discounted by a higher amount.
Free Gift Certificates for Friends
You also have the opportunity to share Gift Certificates with your friends, which save you money when redeemed.
You’ll receive 3 Gift Certificates upon sign-up. Simply add your name to the certificate and pass them along to your friends. When your friend uses the Gift Certificate, we will credit your account for the same amount as the certificate.
