Your enrollment has already been completed. All that’s needed to continue your membership is to remain an eMuse subscriber and continue your auto-delivery schedule.
Two Ways to Earn Free Food
Enclosed with this letter is a Frequent Feeder card for the food you currently use. This will allow you to earn a free bag of food, providing you follow the program instructions. Please read the instructions carefully and let us know if you have any questions. We don’t want you to miss out on your Free bag!
You can earn a Free bag of food immediately, by sharing the details of the STAR Program with your friends as well. If one of your friends chooses to enroll in the STAR Program with their first order, your next bag of food will be FREE!
Gift Certificates for Friends (and you)
Also enclosed are 3 Gift Certificates to share with your friends. Simply enter your name on the Gift Certificate and pass them along to some of your pet-loving friends. Your friend will save a bit of money on their first order. You’ll receive credit for the same amount once we receive the Gift Certificate with your friend’s order. Gift Certificates are limited to one per household, so please do not give the same friend multiple Gift Certificates.
7% STAR Discount on most everything else
Any additional items you include with an auto-delivery order will now automatically be discounted by 7%. Treats, toys, supplements, and supplies all just got a bit more affordable to you as a STAR member! This discount will automatically be applied to any item (excluding prescription or food products) currently discounted by up to 6% or selling at regular price. Items currently discounted by more than 6% will receive that higher discount, rather than the 7% STAR discount.
