Privacy Policy

We value our clients and their privacy. All personal information is used only to ensure efficient processing of your order. We do not share, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless it is required to process your order, we are legally required to do so, or you specifically authorize us to do so. Period.

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires your contact information (name and email address). Your contact information is used only to communicate with you when processing an order, or if followup is necessary (problems with credit card verification, product availability, recalls, etc.). Your information will not be used for additional mailings, unless you request them. You may choose to sign up to receive future mailings from us (and only us) during the registration process, or at any time while on the site. Just enter your name and email address on any page to sign up for our monthly newsletter.

Our site uses an order form for you to request information, products, and services. We collect your contact information (like (email address), and payment information for order processing. Financial information that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. Customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Our computer system needs these Customer ID numbers because it is a machine. We prefer to continue to communicate with you using your real name. We may get confused if you refer to yourself with only an ID number when you contact us, since we're human too.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon of Web browsers becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing". You can confirm the validity of our Secure Encryption by clicking on our Site Security Seal, or the icon next to our name in the browser title bar while you are on a Secure page.
